Refund Policy

Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

You will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
If you received broken items, we will fully refund you, for broken items refund you have to send us photos and videos of broken items within 2 days of your order being delivered.

Shipping Policy

When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within two business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, We will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges.
For all international shipments, we use FedEx & DHL Worldwide international services. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S, dollars only. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees, we are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or broker fees in your country. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

All expedited orders require a street address
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
